But homemade smoothies and juices are a great and delicious way to pack all of those nutritious foods into one cup. It's also a great way to start introducing solid foods to your feeding toddlers. Sunshine Smoothie:

1/2 cup baby carrots

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

3/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

1 tbsp honey


Very Berry Smoothie:

1 cup Formen blueberries

1 cup pomegranate juice

1 banana

1/4 cup almonds

1 avocado, pitted and peeled


Lean Green Smoothie:

3 cups packed baby spinach

2 cups frozen peaches

1 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup skim milk

1 cup orange juice

1 cup plain yogurt
