Merchandise bought on our website can be returned or exchanged only within 30 days of your order. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and in the original packaging. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before attempting to return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please contact us at 888-509-9868 or firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the receipt must accompany all products sent back for return/exchange. To obtain a RMA number, please email email@example.com with proof of purchase and reason for return/exchange.
NOTE: The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature. This warranty does not cover 1) a defect that has been caused by repair or modification by any person other than a Greenpoint Brands technician; 2) a defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of the product; 3) damage resulting from improper operation.
